1.  Provided 3 weeks prior to start

2. Schedule inspections based on suburb, date and type

3. Finalised list for approval

4. Access to PM Software, Efficient with popular property softwares, PropertyMe

1.  2-3 weeks notice to be given

2. Notices to be sent via authorised software or email

1.  Keys collected in the morning

2. Keys returned same day upon completion of the day

1.  Guarantee minimum 5 photos for each area

2. Inspection Report to be completed and provided at the end of every business week

1. All reports are to be saved in propertyME software.

2. Review reports before finalising and saving to software  

1. Ongoing inspections to be scheduled every 3 - 6 months after the first inspection unless the agreement is terminated by either parties
